Jason’s lengthy experience as a portfolio manager gives him a sophisticated understanding of managing high dollar commercial and multifamily assets across the Santa Barbara & Los Angeles markets. Jason manages a $150M real estate portfolio and is a seasoned investor and syndicator. Jason currently resides in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife Heather and their two daughters, where they are active in the community and enjoy the outdoors.

Taylor is a licensed real estate and securities professional with over 20 years’ experience buying, selling and developing property as a principal and advisor. He started his career in 2001 as an investment banker after graduating UC Santa Barbara with a degree in economics and accounting, focused on corporate mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments. During this time, Taylor began purchasing and developing distressed residential and commercial real estate in Northern California and Santa Barbara, completing more than 25 projects. As a principal and advisor, Taylor has completed over 85 property acquisition, sales and financing transactions totaling over $120 million and currently manages a property portfolio in Santa Barbara valued over $40 million. Jon is a Licensed Realtor with over two decades of corporate accounting, real estate management, sales and development experience. He holds a degree in accounting and has 18 years experience in corporate accounting and management. He began working in property management in 2002 and went on to become CEO for Habitat for Humanity, overseeing the development of multi-family homes and a multi-million dollar mortgage program. Rudy has been a real estate broker and developer in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Northern California since 1972. He started his real estate career with MacElhenny and Levy after graduating UC Santa Barbara with a degree in economics, before becoming an independent broker acting as a principal building, renovating and managing multi-family and commercial projects throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura.
